IridiumGo is powered by an internal battery. It connects automatically and very quickly to the Iridium satellite network to create a WIFI hot spot with a radius of 30m around it.

This innovative technology lets you use your smartphone as if it were a satellite phone. Better still, your tablet can be connected to this wi-fi hotspot and you'll be able to check your e-mails, send them, tweet, access your social networks, share photos, receive GRIB weather files and much more...
Possibility to create and view emails in offline mode, queue emails to send them faster, retrieve emails from external accounts, block pop-ups and ads, compress web pages to download them faster.

More than a modem, you'll be able to take advantage of GPS geolocation and send an SOS signal in the event of distress.

Unlimited access and numerous functions.
The person equipped with Iridium Go can transmit his or her position by SMS.
His or her position will then be retranscribed on the geolocation interface.
Authorized family members and/or colleagues can track him or her remotely if necessary.
Cost of access to this feature: €15.00 incl. VAT/month
Each position sent by the user will be directly debited from his "Iridium GO" package at the value of sending an SMS: either 10 or 20 units depending on the package chosen (see "Satellite Sim Card - Subscriptions" category).
